Tibetan Pulsing
Tibetan Pulsing is a touch-based meditative relaxation practice. On a physical level, this contact is a touch that listens to the internal organs. What we listen to is life, expressed through pulsation.
Tibetan Pulsing Meditation works with waves. Light waves and sound waves.
With light and color for light waves. With sounds (mantras and monochords) and music for sound waves.
On a physical level, Tibetan Pulsing uses undulation, shaking and trembling.
Tibetan Pulsing Meditation uses the power of gentleness to dissolve blockages in the nervous system. This gentleness results from the meditative combination of our sexual energy with the heartbeat. These positive inputs neutralize pain, suffering and anger through relaxation.
Tibetan Pulsing Meditation teaches us to transform and let go of our tensions through simple exercises. From the moment we can be in a state of acceptance, it becomes easier to be in harmony with existence.
Tibetan Pulsing Meditation is a process of inner transformation for all those ready to plunge into the heart of Being.
Just as Chinese medicine works with meridians on which there are stations (acupuncture points), Tibetan Pulsing Meditation works with the body’s electrical circuits on which there are points. The electrical harmony resulting from pulsing on these specific points dissolves whatever is preventing us from returning to our natural state.
Tibetan Pulsing can be practiced by two or more people.
This bodywork focuses on 24 organs and the masculine and feminine qualities of life energy.
There are several ways to practice Tibetan Pulsing: Tibetan Pulsing Yoga, Tibetan Pulsing Tantra, Tibetan Pulsing Healing. For my part, I propose a Tibetan Pulsing Meditation, which includes the body mandala, « meditation-visualization » of geometric shapes, and mantras.
